Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026 · Last updated August 18, 2026 (Google integrations, calendar feed, non-account-holder data, and content-review practices)

This Privacy Policy explains how Change Real Estate, LLC, doing business as TransactionMinder ("TransactionMinder," "we," "us"), located at 10161 Park Run Dr, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89145, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, web and mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, real estate license details, timezone, and password or third-party sign-in identifiers when you register (via email/password, Google, or Apple).

Customer Content. Information you or your organization enter into the Service: transaction details (property addresses, dates, prices, and other contract fields), tasks and reminders, documents and photos you upload, templates, notes, and the contacts you add to your address book or transactions (which may include other people's names, emails, phone numbers, and roles).

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive and store your plan, subscription status, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, but we do not store your full card number.

Referral information. If you invite a colleague, we collect the name, email, phone (optional), and role you provide so we can send the invitation and attribute the referral.

Information from people who are not account holders. Some parts of the Service are open to people without an account. If you submit an offer through a link an agent shared with you, we collect what you enter on that form — including your name, contact details, offer terms, and any documents you attach — and make it available to the agent who published the link. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message in order to reply. We handle this information on behalf of the agent or organization you are dealing with; see "Your Choices and Rights" below for how to reach us about it.

Usage and device information. Log data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken; push notification tokens if you enable notifications; and cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, security, and preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

2. Google Services and Google User Data

Some features are optional integrations with your own Google account. Each is off until you connect it, each requests only the narrowest permission needed, and you can revoke any of them at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com.

Google Contacts (People API). If you connect Google Contacts, we read your contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers) solely so you can pick which ones to import into your TransactionMinder address book or a transaction. We request read-only access and we store only the contacts you actually select.

Gmail drafts (Gmail API). If you use the "Open Escrow" feature to compose an email, we request the gmail.compose permission and use it for one purpose: to create a draft message in the Google account you choose. We create drafts only; we do not send email on your behalf, and we do not read, search, modify, or delete any existing message in your mailbox. The access token is short-lived, held only in your browser for the duration of the action, and never stored on our servers. Nothing about your mailbox is copied into TransactionMinder.

Address lookup (Google Maps Platform). When you type a property address, what you type is sent to Google's Places and Maps services to return suggestions. If you select a suggestion we store the resulting address and its geographic coordinates on the related record.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the feature you requested, with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the Service (including calculating deadlines, sending the reminders, daily status emails, and notifications you configure, and sharing transactions with the collaborators and organization members you choose); to process payments and manage subscriptions; to provide support (which may include our staff accessing your account data to diagnose an issue); to secure the Service and prevent abuse (including content safety: reviewing content a user asks us to publish publicly before it appears, reviewing content that is reported to us or that we otherwise become aware of, and maintaining related moderation flags and quarantine records); to communicate with you about the Service; to improve and develop features using aggregated or de-identified data; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your Customer Content to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How We Share Information

With people you choose. Transaction data is visible to the collaborators you invite, the recipients of emails you send from the Service, and — if you belong to a brokerage or team organization — its owners, managers, and coordinators according to your organization's settings.

Calendar subscriptions you create. If you enable the calendar feed, we publish your reminders and key transaction dates at a secret feed address so an application such as Google Calendar or Outlook can subscribe to it. Anyone who has that address can read the feed without signing in, so treat it like a password and share it only with software you trust. You can revoke the address at any time in the app, which immediately stops the feed.

Content you publish. If you request that a listing appear in our public directory, the property details and photos you submit become publicly visible once approved. Do not include anything in a public listing that you would not want the world to see.

Service providers. We use vendors who process data on our behalf under contract: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database, file storage, authentication, and push notifications), Stripe (payment processing), and our transactional email delivery provider (used to send reminders, status emails, and invitations). They may access data only to perform services for us.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of TransactionMinder, our users, or others, or to enforce our Terms. Where the law requires, we preserve and report unlawful content — including reports of apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — and such legally mandated preservation may override deletion requests for the affected content.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content it may persist briefly in backups. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing info@transactionminder.com; we will delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, dispute, or security purposes, or where content is co-owned by an organization or shared transaction that remains active.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions enforced by database security rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can update your profile and notification preferences in account settings, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, disable push notifications on your device, and disconnect optional integrations. Depending on your state of residence (including under Nevada law and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information; Nevada residents may nonetheless submit an opt-out request. To exercise any right, email info@transactionminder.com; we will verify your request and respond as required by law. If you are a contact whose information was entered by one of our users, we act as a processor of that data — we will refer your request to the relevant user or assist directly where required.

8. Children

The Service is for real estate professionals and other adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States and information is stored on servers in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. The effective date above shows when this Policy was last revised.
